I paid my last invoice on March 16, but my account ended today without my knowing why...and I resubscribed, now it says I have to pay again for service..why?

I had my subscription taken from my account after the free trail but I cant listen to it off line 

Ik heb een abonnement tot 27-6-2021 

Maar ik krijg elke keer een melding dat mijn abonnement 27-03 oploopt 

 

Hoe kan dat ?

Hi @stevenwbaillie I have checked in the system and you Deezer Family subscription is active.
Are your family members still have problems to access the account or everything’s working fine now?

I have resubscribed to family (direct with Deezer after cancelling iTunes higher priced fee) and now my family members are greyed out?

I already contacted the support team multiple times, the only answer that i got was:

"Hi Guillermo Thank you for contacting us. I suggest you not do it through Google Payments since it seems that they have an error with the payment of our services. I suggest you enter www.deezer.com/offers and subscribe with one of the payment methods, you will have more options from a PC."

 

I Already paid via Google Payments for the entire month.

I accidentally cancelled my premium account the day that Google Play Store charged me for the entire month, with a fully month (March) paid my deezer went back to a free version. However on my Deezer App the latest receipt is from February. Any help?

Hi my bank was hacked again and the bank put a hold on all payments how do I pay my subscription now

For the past 6 months my subscription of R59.99 have been billed twice in one month I've logged a complaint there was no respond I was only asked to rate the service with an issue that never got resolved - 3 months ago I have upgraded to sharing  family option of R89.00 I'm still billed twice the amount of R59.00 and R89.00 is billed from my account - my account is somehow duplicated - please assist ASAP

Hi @Adriana Torres 28AED is the price for a subscription in Dubai but since you are in Portugal now the price for the subscription is that amount in Euros.
As you have a subscription via Apple you can contact them directly and ask more about the price change in your Deezer subscription.

Hello. I’ve noticed that I was paying 28AED last month and now it changed to 14€ which is almost double price. I had changed countries from UAE to Portugal in December. I don’t know why the prices changed now, 3 months later. Any idea? Thanks

I signed up 3/01/2012. The info returned to me said I was going to be charged 1/6/2021???

is this accurate??  That’s ridiculous!!

I did that and it’s still not working. I’m getting the same notification. 🤦🏿‍♂️

hi @UserNza01 that’s right, when you upgrade to Family from Premium your are charged immediately for the Family subscription. I recommend to contact our Deezer Support Team as soon as possible and check with thgem if they can offer a refund or free time in your subscription.

Hi,

I upgraded my premium account to a family membership. 

Deezer already debited for the premium for the month of March and then still debited full amount for the family subscription. 

Can we not subtract amount to amount debited already?
