I love this app but the last couple weeks i am receiving the most awful recommendations. Suddenly, the app is recommending genres that i despise. If i launch a track mix with a punk rock song, the next song will be fast piano in a major key with a goofball singer, or a broadway musical track, or perhaps pop music that has absolutely no punk rock elements. Im also getting anime music, child musicals, soundtracks, etc. i listen to punk, metal, alt metal, some rap with screamo, singer songwriter acoustic, riot girl music, and EDM. What have i done wrong? Almost every song i go to artist page and select “dont recommend this artist” as well as “dont recommend this track.” i have 84 favorite artists, 18 playlists i made, and i constantly like new music and dislike stuff i dont want to hear again. Help! I contacted deezer but they never got back to me. Can anyone look at my account to see if i accidentally favorited stuff that is ruining my recommendations?Â
This feature does not work. At all. I have clicked “Don’t Recommend This Artist” 200 times (200 artists that I greatly despise) and I have clicked “Don’t Recommend This Track” on almost 400 songs. It does not work; over 200 artists I HATE and every single track I have excluded are still littering every.single.playlist. I hate pop music and I clicked “dont recommend this artist” on over 200 pop artists. When I login, every single “playlists you’ll love” is comprised of only pop music and pop artists - “tiktok hits, pop rewind, 10’s pop rock, women of pop, lucky girl pop, sad pop, pop lust, soft pop”.I listen to metal, punk, alternative rock, and house music with no words. What is going on? I contacted support and have received no response so I am posting here in hopes of getting help. I am not paying for a subscription that shoves pop music into my face despite me clicking “do not recommend” on 200 artists that I despise. I have tried logging out, deleting the app, checking on my macboo
