recommendations are suddenly awful - please help

I love this app but the last couple weeks i am receiving the most awful recommendations. Suddenly, the app is recommending genres that i despise. If i launch a track mix with a punk rock song, the next song will be fast piano in a major key with a goofball singer, or a broadway musical track, or perhaps pop music that has absolutely no punk rock elements. Im also getting anime music, child musicals, soundtracks, etc. i listen to punk, metal, alt metal, some rap with screamo, singer songwriter acoustic, riot girl music, and EDM. What have i done wrong? Almost every song i go to artist page and select “dont recommend this artist” as well as “dont recommend this track.”

 

i have 84 favorite artists, 18 playlists i made, and i constantly like new music and dislike stuff i dont want to hear again. Help! I contacted deezer but they never got back to me. Can anyone look at my account to see if i accidentally favorited stuff that is ruining my recommendations?

thanks for your response! I have reviewed the article and it seems i am following the necessary procedures to exclude artists and tracks from track mix. 

The recommendation I received recently about a queer playlist is not for me. I'm not sure if it popped up up bc I listen to Tyler The Creator or Kaytranada or what, but please remove it.
