The song that impacted you the most -THE THREAD 🔉
This is one of the most desirable features for me. It's hard to manage big (around 600 and growing) amount of uploaded tracks on one page. Having my albums integrated with the artist page would be really great.
Hi. To move playlists you can make all your playlists public on the old account (uncheck "private" checkbox in each playlist's options) and then find them under the new account and add them.
Hi, There's a 'HOME' page on the website with mostly unrelated stuff. The only thing that seems somehow related to my account is 'New releases' link at the very bottom, but i'm not sure if it recommends some releases i interested in or it's just a coincidence that sometimes i see albums from the artists i follow. So, the idea is to give users an ability to hide all popular recommendations and to show the new releases from the followed artists and then, maybe, some recommendations/popular playlists, but not at the main place of the page. Manual reordering would be great too Thanks

It's not clear what and how my actions are affecting the Flow from (adding tracks/albums/artists to favorites/other playlists). Also it usually plays some songs which i like, but just don't want to listen to them this much. I don't want to dislike them Flow, but also i just want to hear them less often. And the dislike button shows on Android "We won't recommend this track to you again", but it appears again even after more dislikes. I can't say for sure, but it feels like the longer i listen to it without interruptions the less relevant it becomes and starts to recommend the same songs/genres which i usually dislike. It would be also great to have a separate Flow with only the songs which i've never listened.
Hi, "Shuffle my music" keeps shuffling the same queue of 20-30 songs and changing the queue source occasionally, but not every time i hit the button. It can be the same queue for days. Is there any workaround for this besides trying to clean app cache?
Hi ymns3321 unklehomer sorry about that. So you basically get the same selection of songs every time you use the the "shuffle my music". Was this different before? Have you noticed a change in behaviour? Which devices are you using and which version of Deezer do you have installed? I will need more info to be able to pass this on.
Hi Flo, My environment is Android 8.1.0, app 6.0.8.1 currently, but this behavior was there in earlier app versions also. Yes, the selection is the same, just plays in random order. The selection itself can persist for some time (hours, days) and then changes. To me, it seems like the shuffling source comes in batches from the backend and it seems like the first batch is always the same. After the first batch (or selection, sorry i may be not clear here because of lack of language knowlege) is played, it seems like the next coming tracks are random. I dont notice any problems with the
HI ymns3321 thanks for getting back to me. Just to clarify: You say the first batch is always the same, but then you also say you don't notice any problem with the first selection as it plays tracks randomly just like you expect it. I am struggeling to understand as it seems a contradiction. I understand the first batch is always the same songs more or less, but plays them in different order every time?
Yes, my response seem not quite clear even for me now, sorry :) What i was tying to say is that i didnt notice that this repeating batch has lots of popular tracks or contains only popular artists, so there's no problem for me with the songs in the batch (someone said that they have some songs favored over the others while shuffling). The only issue for me is that the first batch stucks and getting repeated between "shuffle my library" sessions.
It seems like it was fixed in 6.0.10.146! Testing for two days now and every time i hit "shuffle my music" it starts playing different songs. This is awesome, thanks Deezer team!
Same here. The app keeps logging me out once in a week or so with captcha. Win 10, Deezer 4.18.60.0 from Windows Store. The issue is not only with the latest version.
Hi all, Thank you for all the answers provided so far - very helpful! Our developers who are investigating this problem have asked for more info from you to speed up the process. Could you please tell us: Do you have to log in every time you relaunch the app or is this happening every time the app gets an update? When you get logged out, can you log back in straight away or you need to restart the app? Have you downloaded the app from the Windows Store or using a direct link for the .exe file? Let us know the most you can, it can help us fix this quicker not every time i start it, but for sure it happened after update recently. never got logged out while using the app. Only when starting it. it’s from the Windows Store
Wow, it looks really great, but i can’t find these options in my settings: Could someone please explain which one to pick if i only want to get these notifications:
Hi Deezer team! I have an idea about adding ‘current track’ actions to the tray icon menu. Something like this: exampleMaybe not this much folded sub-menus (too many clicks and moves), or just add to the playlist which was updated most recently or something like this. I think it may be useful while exploring new playlists/albums having the app minimized. Thanks!
