The shared link doesn’t work anymore. How do we request Putumayo albums to be added to Deezer?
Thanks for replying @Jaime. I know you’ve already said the fix isn’t ready for Android yet, but I’d like to share my info, maybe it will be of some help.Android: version 6.0 Resolution: 720x1280 Deezer: version 7.0.6.46, latest available. Plan: Family. Android System WebView: version 102.0.5005.125, latest available (if relevant. I suspect about this one, maybe?). Issue: No images. I mean, not just custom images but ANY images.(profiles, covers, custom images, podacasts, favorites, artists, downloads, etc...). Just plain colors appear (Flow gradient, categories background colors). On Deezer Desktop (Windows) I have no problem with latest and previous versions (5.30.250, 5.30.270).I hope this is useful somehow.
You’ll need to start shopping for a new music streaming service. Is this really an advice? So Deezer is forcing this unrequested transition by increasing costs and the best advice is “if you don’t like it, go away”? I know you’re being kind enough to give an answer and I know it’s not your fault as an individual, but speaking about Deezer, that’s a deal breaker for me and for many others. Deezer should consider a lower cost subscription plan not requiring the HiFi imposition... I never said “if you don’t like it, go away” please don’t put words in my mouth. You even put it in quotes as if I said that. I did not. Deezer has made this decision. It’s not going to change. It’s up to you to decide how you choose to respond to it. The OP appreciated my candid response. Others have been less forthcoming, which has led to ambiguity, as evidenced by your other thread, which I also just responded to. Cheers G Being fair, I understand and I didn’t intended to say
How to opt-out to automatic Hi-Fi upgrade You can’t. Fair enough! You’re right. The upsetting matter generally speaking is the lack of a possibility to avoid the extra payment and the sense of it being imposed by force. But that’s the bussiness view at the moment. Many will go and many others will remain. I’ll think about it. Greetings
The thread main question hasn’t been answered yet. Whats going on with support? Won’t you ask clearly? So I’ll repeat the question: How to opt-out to automatic Hi-Fi upgrade
