Has been more than a month since i request access to deezer backstage and still have no answer.

Please bear in mind that the access request can take up to 20 days because there is a huge backlog. Apologies for any inconvenience caused and thanks for your patience.

Hi, I’m having trouble with the Backstage form. My band’s single was recently uploaded by Distrokid (‘Party Tonight’ by Atomic Sister) and the Backstage form is suggesting the track does not exist, when it is definitely on Deezer. Any suggestions?

I’m in the same boat - can anyone please help!

We tried to request access to backstage for artists with no luck :( 

Now it keeps saying we already requested access - what do we do?
