@Rudi  I'm wondering if this something trusted community members could help with? I know it's probably an almost unending task, but I really valued the artist bios.

Hi, I requested access to Backstage about a month ago and want to check in on the progress of my application. I’ve tried emailing the Backstage support email, but haven’t received a response. The artist page I am claiming is linked here: https://www.deezer.com/en/artist/96441312

I requested access to Deezer Backstage on 8 May 2020. And have not heard since then. What should I do? I got access to Spotify and Apple, no issues, only Deezer is a problem.

Thanks for reporting here. I've added the link, but the image is too small. These are the requirements:500x500px minimum | 3MB maximum | jpg, jpeg, png

How long have you been waiting for access? Have you checked if your profile has any other content which wasn't supposed to be there?

Hmm that’s strange @Rudi . When I click on the photo it opens a big one, It should be 3000x3000px. That’s why I put it as an attachment.
We requested the access on the 30th of April. 
I also noticed that there are now Facbook and Twitter icons but we don’t have Twitter. We would like instead to put our instagram profile, and for some reason the Facebook link goes to our Instagram profile :)

Hi Rudi, I noticed this Deezer link (from my soundrop account) to a proper login portal for Deezer for artists which I didn’t know existed. (Unless that link brings me back here when approved :)

FYI. I submitted another request by filling out info  with the hope of having my own Deezer for Artists login portal. That way, I can login and and update my information as need to. (bio, photo, etc) 

Most music streaming Artist pages have a dedicated login.

it should be possible in the backstage to “erase” albums from your profile if they are not yours.

Thanks for coming back, I was able to open the pic correctly after using a different browser. Yes, IG links can only be put in the FB button for now. I could put it in your Bio if you prefer. We don't have an IG button yet :confused:

This is great news!, I’ve been a fan of Spotify for artists for the last few years and it’s helped me out a lot to see what playlists I’m on and other statistics
I actually have more listens on Deezer so I can’t wait to get access to the stats!
Are you still overloaded with requests? I just requested today, I hope it won’t be too long

and...YES I confirm, that i am part of the artists on these other two albums. But as far as I`m informed, the artist-account on deezer backstage was created by DEEZER, not by any Label.

Hi @TRIXIEDEX thank you for the photo. Please request access to our new Backstage for artists platform here :dvd: Then you can update your artist profile yourself :wink:

And if it's your first time using it, all you have to do is click on the button 'request access' and follow the steps :musical_note:

@LynnTredeau please bear in mind that the access request can take up to 20 days because there is a huge backlog as this tool has just been openend. Apologies for any inconvenience caused and thanks for your patience :slight_smile:
