Hello guys,
i know we have to wait, and, i know im annoying someone with same doubts of others here.
But still, i need to ask.
I requested access to my bands profile some time ago and still nothing.
I usually wait those processes without complain but thing is, we are releasing new album next month and our page is a mess. We have other ppl songs added and our distributor (ONERPM) asked us to get into backstage to clean the mess.
So, yeah… without the backstage access i cant fix other problems..
Any thoughs about when i can get it?

I just requested access to Backstage stats and I wanted, in the meantime, to install the relevant app on my iPhone, but I can’t seem to find it anywhere.

Hi @Albert Voiturier that is possible.
Just make sure you select a role as manager and not as artist in the first field of the Backstage application form
Then in the third field you will be able to add all your artists.
Let me know if that works.

Hello, I have two different musical projects on Deezer but I can't manage the two artist profiles on Deezer Backstage at the same time. Basically, I would like to be able to manage two different artist profiles on Deezer Backstage. Is this possible ?

Hola @eriz in order to get access to your artist profile please visit our new Backstage platform here :dvd:

And if it's your first time using it, all you have to do is click on the button 'request access' and follow the steps :wink:

If the profile is a mess, Backstage request will take even longer to be granted. Please post the links for the content which isn't yours here, and I'll contact our catalogue teams for a cleanup - that should speed up the Backstage request too :wink:

I was trying to get access to Backstage earlier but, with each attempt, my artist name never comes up. In fact, no artist names appear and all that shows up is the little loading ring. I tried waiting but that didn’t lead to anything. How do I get it to show something so I can have access?

Hi @Ryan Holiday we are sorry about that but Backstage for artists didn’t even exist 6 months ago. How did you try to claim your artist profile? 

Please request access to our new Backstage for artists platform hereclick on the button 'request access' and make sure you include enough evidence :wink:  After having done that it can take up to 20 days to get access. Apologies for any inconvenience caused and thanks for your patience.

The average response time from our backstage team is 3-4 weeks as they deal with a high volume of artists requests.
If after that period you have not hear from them yet, please contact our customer support team with all the relevant information regarding you application and they will be able check on the system.
