Sorry to hear that @AVXlnce. Have you tried to block the artist (via desktop)?

Sorry about that. We've passed your feedback to our devs quite a while ago, together with the feedback from this topic - so it's been worked on for a while now. What version of the iOS app you have? This should be improved already, at least for artists. Could you test it by blocking in that platform and seeing if the artist or tracks gets recommended? (in the same platform, iOS)

Latest iOS, just updated 2 days ago.  When I try to block I am told that is not in my favorites.

Funnily enough, the reason why we're revamping our Sonos integration is because we like them a lot @AVXlnce :smile:

Please don't take offense but have you checked your credentials to see if you're not logged under a duplicate account? I say this because I'd like to leave no stone unturned while our devs can come up with a suggestion.

Rudi, it has been over 18 months since I reported this.  Now you open a case.  I’m starting to lose my patience.  This is extremely frustrating.

I cannot get into the Insider even though I am logged into the desktop.

I still cannot unheart songs.  It doesn’t matter that I see the “OK, we won’t recommend this song again”.  Sometimes it plays as many as 5 times even after I unheart the song.  I want to be able to unheart songs if not artists.  It seems you pick an artist and it plays no matter what station I am on.  The artist makes no rhyme nor reason as to why.  The music doesn’t fit the genre I’m listening to.  Why can’t I make these songs go away?

I’m listening to Mix-Robert Fripp.  I swear there is more Magma and Orme than Robert Fripp.  :rage: And I still can’t block them.

It shouldn't show up on your recommendations @AVXlnce so I recommend refreshing your Sonos by logging out, waiting a few minutes, then logging back in.If Magma shows up, then let me know.

And yes, we've been working (not on a fix) but on a revamped Sonos experience since last year - and the results will be hopefully better than we expect - worth your wait!

This is because we actually have a partnership with them, which makes things different. Waiting for an update on the release date, and once it's here, I'll be sharing it with you straight-away, I promise :thumbsup_tone2:

Keep skipping the tracks as this input will help not getting them recommended again @AVXlnce what do you mean you can’t block them? Aren’t you using the feature we discussed before? “Do not recommend this track again”

When you try to block artists or tracks@AVXlnce? Could you please take screenshots? You need to tap on … and then 'don't recommend this artist'. I also recommend you joining our Beta program, the iOS will have more new features soon!

There is no “Do not recommend this track again”   Add to Favorites, Remove from Favorite Tracks, Crossfade and Sleep Timer.

I cannot even guess as to how many times I have unliked these tracks, sometimes as many as 4-5 times a day.  It’s almost as if it’s a game to you.  Oh, he unliked this song.  Let’s play every song ever done by that artist.  Sometimes the very next song is again by that artist.

So the last three weeks my flow has been off kilter. It looks like one genre of music keeps popping up that I don't like and despite unliking them consistently they keep popping up. I've gone through my favourites to see if anything there could be the culprit but I just can't find it.
Is there a way to see what songs made Flow think I'd like that song. Then I can unlike that from my favourites.

Sorry you feel that way @AVXlnce 

I'm unable to accelerate a fix because we haven't had other similar reports affecting Sonos and Deezer. But you do have my sympathy because it must be extremely frustrating.

I'm hoping that with our soon-to-come revamp, you'll be able to stream from your phone straight to your Sonos, without having to listen to this compromised Flow you get at the moment.

In the meantime, I encourage you to discuss your situation with our Customer Care team:
