I can honestly say that Deezer support is full of crap. I’ve been complaining about this issue for months and still it isn’t resolved. I’ve done everything they’ve told you to do and they supposedly cleared all my devices in order to clear my device history and to fix the issue. As of today this issue is still here. Although Qobuz library is missing quite a few artist at least the download feature worked. If Tidal still had the yearly plan through Best Buy I would’ve returned to them because their library is pretty much the same as Deezers. In my opinion Deezer does not seem to care that their app has issues. I can’t say with certainty that these issued started before or after the big heart update but it’s shameful that it has not been resolved. This is a complete pain in the ass.
I figured out how to fix the issue. Others may not like this but go into your display settings and go to display size and text. Change the display size to a smaller size the default size is too big for smaller screens. This will make the playlist and everything else scroll the regular way without affecting other apps. I hope this helps many of you.
This issue has not been resolved. I use a Sony Walkman NW-ZX700 Series and it sucks. I can scroll the regular way with full albums but playlist I have the same issue as everyone else. I thought that today’s update would’ve fixed it but NOPE!!!!
This issue also occurs on my Sony walkman running Android 13. I can't scroll at all on any playlist.
Force closing the app and reopening it will trigger the new downloads rather it's your favorites or just albums in general. This has been an issue for sometime along with the slow downloads. I hope this helps everyone and if it's already been posted my apologies for the duplicate.
I have the exact same issue for a few months now. It's super frustrating especially since my carrier plan is not unlimited. When wifi is on the message goes away. Thought maybe it was an issue with TMobile so I switch my phone over to US-Celluar channel since I'm a FI subscriber. Issue seemed resolved for about two minutes then it was back. I've tried clearing data, cache, uninstall, reinstall made sure data could run in the background, several power cycles, logging out and in, changing passwords and just about everything a person could imagine doing to no avail. I'm using app ver. 7.0.24.47 on a pixel 7 pro.
I am hoping with Amazon and Tidal offering HI-FI Family Plans Deezer will follow suit. I know everyone is probably not interested and that cost is a factor but if Deezer Adds family Hi-FI plans I believe the service will be even better. I've been with Deezer off and on over the years and not having a family HI-FI plan was one was one of the reasons I left the service. Over the years Deezer had improved it's product by listing featured artist on tracks, allowing track radio streams, identifying which tracks are explicit and whatnot. Deezer has a good product however adding the HI-FI family plans would make the service even better especially for audiophiles. Sure a person can always add a separate acct but I'm sure those on family plans would prefer to be billed only once a month vs twice. Please take my thoughts into consideration. I know I'm not the only person that uses Deezer that feels this way. HI-FI is definitely a pleasure and enjoyable to listen to. On a side note I have
