Hi Amazon have already told me my account is a UK account. Thanks Mark
Hi Mark, just checking with the team to see if that's something we need to change on our side or if this is a regional restriction on their side. I'll get back to you once I know more.
And I've already got news :) So we're not currently available on the Channel Islands on Alexa, but the team told me that they will work on that now and it should be available to you very very soon :) We'll keep you posted Mark B
Hi there, happy to answer all your questions. First of all as of now there is no combined HiFi and Family subscription, meaning you can only have one. Now that you're on the family subscription the secondary profiles can listen at the same time as you. But it's important that they first switch to their own profile after they logged in to the account. If they don't switch, they are listening on your profile at the same time which is not possible. If you want to go back to HiFi, you need to first cancel your subscription with IOS and wait for that one to end. Once your account is reverted to free, you'll be able to subscribe to HiFi again :)
kelgwiin I merged your post into this topic as it's been explained here :)
Hi there :) So an artist will be banned automatically when you dislike 3 of their tracks. I checked your disliked tracks and could only find two from Bruce Springsteen. So with the next disliked track from him, he should not appear in your Flow again :) Let me know, if it still happens after the next time you dislike a track :)

Hi Anja, thanks for the reply. It felt like I'd disliked his tracks on more than two occasions, but I guess the logs don't lie? There really should be a more straightforward way to 'ban' artists. I doubt anybody wants to hear an artist they loathe 3 times? :grinning:
So, what's the update on this?
Hello, there is no update :) You just need to mark the tracks to do not lay again. please get a bit more info about how to improve your Flow. ;)
Still same old. Some feature to just blacklist an artist, track, or album would be better.
I agree, such a feature would be great, but as this is nothing we can offer as of now. disliking 3 tracks from an artist to block them is at least something :) And who knows maybe in the future, we'll have something even better
Hi there, that's not possible, at least not manually. But an artist should be banned automatically if you dislike 3 of their tracks :) Also I'd suggest you vote for this idea to let the developers see that this is something we need to work on :) https://en.deezercommunity.com/ideas/974
fabfranco I moved your post to this topic as we've already discussed this here :)
aqualocos Please note that skipping is not enough here. For Flow that just means that you don't want to listen to that track right now. You need to press the dislike button if you don't like the song or the artist. And as mentioned above, once you disliked 3 songs from an artist they will be banned from your Flow :)
Hi Bovius, we can't provide this information but for the future I suggest you check our app Stateeztics which you can find under apps in the Deezer app. It tells you how many hours you listen to Deezer in a month :)
Thanks for the info bluezzbastardzz! :)
Hi Anja on browser?
Ah, strange. I only tested it on the non-HTML5 version, where it is available, but can't find it in the new version either. Let me check with the team if there are any plans :) Thanks for pointing it out ;)
Hey, so it's indeed still work in progress. It's probably not going to be implemented before autumn, but we are definitely working on it :) I'll keep you posted
Hi Sander :) Gapless playback is not an option yet, but on the iOS app and on browser you can enable the crossfader. That might help :)
Got it :) Thanks a lot. I moved your topic to our ideas forum so that other users can see and vote for it if they like your idea! Our tech team will take look into all ideas posted
Hi Tomek, just fully understand your idea: What would be the advantage compared to using Deezer directly on the TV?
I want to crossfade the songs from my party playlist so that each songs fades into the next smoothly - as if there were DJ mixing the tunes. How do install this? I m on Android. Txs 4 your help!
Hi Marine, Crossfade is not yet implemented on Android. It is available to some Beta user under labs, but not fully for all users. Any chance you can log in on an iphone? It's fully implemented on ios.
