Panasonic TV: Deezer App recent issues

Same here Deezer app launches on my GZ2000 as small web app top left corner see attached screenshot. All other apps are fine, I uninstalled and re-installed the app but still, the issue remains!

Deezer werkt niet op Panasonic tv. Zou een update plaatsvinden in juni. Maar werkt nog steeds niet.

Zouden jullie dit kunnen oplossen?

Betaal wel voor abonnement.

Nope. Tempted but it’s a right hassle having to reconfigure the tv again. With so much hooked up to it and also all the apps etc. All other apps are fine.

working around it using Deezer on the phone or iPad and AirPlay.

would rather have app developers work out the issue first

might have to go back to another serc

Hi, I  have the sane trouble with Viera TX65, There was a message on the screen that Panasonic Server will be set on 26 May. After that the Deezer appeared in small box with Mouse pointer. I think this is a fault of Panasonic.

Useless….

Honestly the Deezer is our basic app to listen music replacing old CD’s. I am very disappointed.

I have issue with Deezer app not opening properly on my TV Panasonic 55GZ950E , for the last 3-4 weeks.

App is loaded and when it s opening user account info there is loading circle for 10-15 second, where is my account e-mail usually positioned on screen, in upper right corner.

After cca 15 sec. circling icon dissapears and message for network problem pops up, in the bottom of the screen.

My home wi-fi is working ok, all other TV apps are loading and working.

Can you give me answer, what is the problem and how to fix it?

The app was working excellent for 10 months, now it has all of a sudden changed its look - it seems as if it runs as a website on the TVs internet app, it only takes up around 60% of the screen (left upper side). I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, nothing has improved. Any ideas?

Hello @nets3, I moved your feedback here as it’s related to this topic. As I said above, the app is unfortunately not officially supported by Deezer anymore, and this seems to have happened after an update from Panasonic. I’ll report your feedback, but I can’t say if we’ll be able to offer a fix. Our teams are currently working on a new TV app.

I'm having same issue with Panasonic TX-42AS650B. Stuck on welcome to deezer, screen is small in top left corner with a cursor centre screen. Has been like this for over week. Any support/solution would be great.
