Deezer widget does not show on lock screen
There is no lock screen notification on my Xiaomi phone. The screen remains blank. Please help.

Hi @Simon.Darby , Please open the settings on your phone and go to the app management and make sure Deezer's notification is on 😉

Hi upgraded my phone to the Huawei p20 pro and I get status bar widget but no lock screen widget just a banner saying Deezer no track select buttons

Hi there, so does Deezer not show up on your lock screen at all? Can you send us a screenshot of what you see in the lockscreen while Deezer is playing tracks?

Hi @Alexey Sokirko you need to activate notifications for Deezer in your phone settings for the widget to appear on your phone 😉
