Error Loading - Almost there, only a few seconds left


Hello! When i want to listen music it only shows this and it doesn't stop. Is there something wrong with my phone? Or is it something else?

Hi there, do you have the same issue on wifi as well as mobile network?
I select a song ir palylist but the app don't reproduce the song, ir Say that un a few seconds it be ready but that can stay forever.

I am experiencing the same issue, this happens on WiFi or 4g. I have removed and reinstalled, it work for a day and now I have the same issue, been going on for a while now.

Hey Guys... so I can't play any music anymore. it keep loading and saying almost there, few second... like what am I suppose to do?

@Leopold Please delete the smart cache in the app settings and restart the app. If that doesn't help, please check if you have the same issue on wifi as well as mobile network. Might be a network issue.
Im unable to play music coz app keeps on loading then says almost done but my songs(downloaded songs) never play though subscription fee has been paid....i want to listen to the music I paid for!!!
When I want to play a song, it says wait will play in a few moments, the buffer icon comes on and nothing happens. It has been like this for weeks now. Please advise

The issue is still here... But I found I've disabled storage permission, so that might be the reason

Thanks for reporting it to us. Is this happening to the same tracks or randomly? Have you tried changing the audio settings (quality) as well? Let us know how it goes :thumbsup_tone2:

i have the same problem on my android version 5.1.1. Can not play any music. Tried the clear cache, re install and download full album methods already.

Sorry that's happening. Could you try the following steps, exactly in this order, to see if it helps with your issue?

  • make sure you're connected to a wifi network
  • uninstall Deezer
  • clean your phone's cache
  • remove the SD card (if applicable)
  • turn off your phone
  • reinstall Deezer
  • open Deezer and download at least one album or playlist
  • reinsert the SD card (if applicable)

Downgrade to Deezer version 6.2.22.1 from here Deezer Old Versions (All versions) - AndroidAPKsFree

 

Latest two updates are causing this issue of constant loading and not playing.

Even the next beta 6.2.24 still has this issue on android

Know this is not the best solution, but when i changed my phone loading problems stopped

Same problem, tried everything, after the latest update, it stopped loading songs, but I can still listen to content on the Shows Tab.
Phone: Samsung Galaxy Note 4
Android 6.0.1

Android tv box, android 6.0

Same for me shows were working on deezer 6.2.23.93, music didn’t so I had to downgrade to deezer 6.2.22.1

@Beco here decided to downgrade his app, for a more stable release - we release a new version every couple of weeks so I wouldn't recommend it, although it's a valid option.

Hi, if you are still facing this problem then you should clear your cache. If you clear your cache, then it will probably help you. By using this source, you will not face this problem anymore.

Unfortunately, I am experiencing the same problem, I have deleted the smart cache and done everything above but nothing has been successful. What should I do?
