 want to change my subscription Deezer famely to Deezer hi-fi. I was wrong:

I added few number of Thai songs into my saved playlist but now there now where to be found. Did you guys took off the artist out from your database?

been quite long with you guys and please don’t let me try out your competitors platform.

This is bad to tell. Since it is probably gone from them too.

Only few rare cases they can exclude some services from distribution.

I’d sit tight and talk to the label or artist if applicable.

I couldn’t find contact details for Lecrae rapper months ago, so I stopped by Deezer support.

Now it can be heard, Lecrae’s finest albums I like.

just subscribed as free user in spotify to find my missing song track in Deezer and you know what….there are available there..:)  and being a subscriber with deezer since 2014 with no issues until time...it's really frustrating..i'll be waiting till next week and if still no fixes then i may need to leave...

My payment was cancellend for my Deezer Family account, so now it is Deezer Free.

I already paid it per Ideal yesterday, but it still only gevestigd me Deezer Free. When will my account be set back to Deezer Family?

Hi @Jhonatan Kches Sánchez I can see on the system that the payment was aborted. Maybe there was a problem with the transaction with Ebanx.

Have you talked with the nearest bank teller if payment went successfully to Deezer?

Perhaps the payment was not made correctly? Sometimes systems at Deezer may decline it. So you need as well to contact them if possible. Please ask your nearest bank teller and Deezer customer agents to determine why your payment was not made and subscription not activated.

I am sorry for any irritating problems this may cause for you eg. time loss investigating.

Regarding your subscription, the current payment on your Deezer account with the email ch****@gmail.com is 10.99 EUR. If you were charged 12.99 EUR, it might be associated with a different Deezer account.

As the Community is an open internet forum and we prioritize your security, we do not request personal data here.

Therefore, I recommend that you contact our customer support here and provide them with a screenshot of your invoice for further assistance.

This isn't the best thread to discuss your query.

Do you know the names of the tracks? Have you tried searching for them within the app? We don't "take off" content, this is done by the music distributors.
