Our Lyrics feature is one of our favorites, but we know we can make it better. We've had good suggestions in our ideas forum but we need more of your opinion to take another step in order to improve this so popular feature. 
For this reason, we'd like to invite you to post your feedback here, in one place - so that our product managers and developers can see what we're missing out!

I want to hear the songs and see their lyrics floating over my notebook screen when I do my job. Just like on a mobile version. Is it possible?

Interesting one 
I like having a lyrics feature and am content with not every song having lyrics but have noticed that way too many lyrics are just wrong – not out of sync but just wrong as if misheard in some places – which can be quite frustrating and quite a let down for me. As a result I am not using the lyrics feature as often as I would like to.
In my experience Genius has the lyrics right more often that the LyricFind who are partnering with Deezer but just found out that Genius are a partner of Spotify so I guess I will have to hope LyricFind step up their game :-(

When making improvements to the lyrics, hope that you will also be able to compete against Apple Music with the number of songs that have synced lyrics. Love your service (and that there is competition) but they’re doing great job with the UX and assortment

Suggestion:
Make lyrics searchable and make lyrics filterable.
Example: If I cannot remember a song’s title but a verse, it would be helpful to be able to search for words I remember from the song. If that’s supposed to be working already, it doesn’t for me :-)
Example for “filtering”: The same idea applies (you’d get a search result for the words you typed in in “lyrics search”), but you’d be able to “filter music out”, e.g. for Flow. That way users could create filters of words they don’t want to hear in combination in a song in their flow (yes, this is playing on my “global filter for religious music” posted elsewhere, but it’s more general).

I would love to be able to copy the lyrics to my clipboard so I can paste them into my Google translate. I listen to a lot of songs in different languages.

Lyrics font size are too small.. it would be better if they could be even bigger.
Also, an option to report wrong lyrics or reporting lyrics sync issues.

I think there should be an option where you can set your preferred language for the partially available lyrics translations. I have my app and my phone in english, but my first language is german, so I would like to read some of the english lyrics in german for comprehension reasons. But I can't do that because deezer thinks I'm english. Maybe you can also couple that with the language of the country selector. The language of the UI should still depend on the system settingsThe english UI
Whenever a song has gaps (no one singing) it should show that “loading” animation, not just at the beginning of the song before the singer starts singing.

Deezer used to be the best, but now I cant disable lyrics when casting, I don’t want lyrics, i want a music streaming app, not a karaoke!! If you had included a simple disable lyrics option for chromecast you would have kept me, but lyrics are being forced on me, you’ve lost a 10 year customer.
How do you turn off the lyrics when you’re listening to music on the TV using the Deezer TV app?
Because the lyrics keep the screen on and won’t let it go to screensaver it risks burning the screen on a new OLED TV.
Not only that they are also out of sync a lot and also it’s distracting a bit like having subtitles on a film which you don’t need.
Apple Music lets the TV go to screensaver therefore not ruining the television.

Hey, this "solved" means that the support you received from our customer care team was solved. As Ronja said in her last email, "users are currently unable to hide the lyrics unless you're playing on the queue or not on the music cover." We have passed this feedback on to the right team and hopefully it can be improved soon!

Hello - this is a fantastic feature, but I fear it might never actually fulfil its potential if you leave it to lyrics websites to get everything onto the site. I propose you open up lyric submission to fans (the ones who really love the music will be the most keen to put them up and also know the lyrics betters than most people). Obviously, this will require that the lyrics get reviewed to take care of the odd clown who puts something ridiculous or offensive up - but perhaps you could have lyric contributors verify their ID with you before being able to upload to nip this in the bud. I would also add functionality so that the contributor (or Deezer themselves) can simply send out messages to the official websites, or social media presences of the artists on the site, and give them the opportunity to get their lyrics up on the site and confirm that there are no errors o9n what has been uploaded by fans. I miss the days when you would get lyrics in the inserts in CDs (and yes, cassettes! lol). It is surprising to me that more artists don’t want the right lyrics out there, when there are so many mishears and mistakes on the lyrics websites. Anway, that’s what I think!

Oh, while I’m here, here are the lyrics for ‘How Will I Know?’ The Thrillseekers, NB. Some remixes might required different ordering for the verses and choruses, but this should be correct for the original and the most part. Usually this wouldn’t really be an issue, but if you’re going to have the lyric sync feature going, you need specific lyrics for every separate version and remix.
