I used to have over 2000 favorite songs in my account. . Today I figured out most or all have disappeared. Inform me right now or will cancel
Am paying every fucking month 4 this service!!!!
Been paying for several years each and every month for your service only to find out that all my favorite "saved" songs disappeared....! This really pisses me off! If you don't fix this I will make sure people will find out about this crappy service yours! RESPOND NOW!!!!

Forth: You probably have logged into a new account making a spelling error with your username, email address or password, so now you see an empty account instead of your original account.

Hi
I check your Deezer Family account and I noticed that you have 3083 favorites. Our content limit is 2000 favorites on app Deezer but on desktop and web you can see up to 2000.

FYI we don’t delete any music/artist from your favorites they aren’t just visible for you on that device
