And canceled. I will be watching Deezer’s progress and hopefully one day I will come back. Best wishes to all the users. And hopefully the service gets better and some point. Cheers! Hi RavenOvNadir, Sorry to hear you have decided to leave Deezer. I just wondered what method you use to listen to Deezer as there is some ways that you can listen to music and it will play gapless. For example using the Webplayer on your PC/Laptop instead of the Deezer App also the Android App will play gapless. I have got to say that Deezer have drag their heels on this one and it’s no surprise that a lot of punters are leaving Deezer and trying out other streaming services. I wish you all the luck for the future and you find a streaming service that fulfills all your music listening expectations. Cheers coypu Hi Copyu. Thanks for your reply. I know there are methods. But there are also principles, which I think are important. One of mine is not to use workarounds for pai

And still nothing. I wonder how many people will quit Dezeer in favour of the newly cheaper Tidal. This is not tribalism or anything like it, I just want some basic features which are still unavailable in 2024, so even with all my love towards Deezer, and knowledge of their limited number of devs, I think I may not stick around for very long. Desktop gapless - not there, integration with Roon - not there, DAC support - not there, desktop bit perfect - not there. I understand that, maybe, there are a just a few devs sitting somewhere in France protecting us from a demonic flood of bugs and that consumes most of their time, but it’s not a good service. And it’s no longer competitive price-wise. Sad.
And another month of FU to paying users. Sadly Deezer will be obliterated once Spoticrap becomes hi-fi. And it’s sad. We just want some basic things - bitperfect, gapless… Basic stuff, really. But obviously we have no say.
Another few months have passed and still there’s no info about gapless in the desktop app. This is getting ridiculous. Why is it such a problem?
Hello, guys. This is the moment, where you should really consider some kind of a hi-res implementation. With Crapify going belly up with theirs, you can provide users with an alternative to Tidal and Apple, with your larger catalogue and better discovery features than either of those.
Just a simple idea, because, at least for me, having the playback controls on the left in Windows app is absolute pain. I’d like it to be centered so I don’t have to move around a huge screen to pause, skip, find in track etc. If you’re worried about the negative space on the left, we could always do with album artwork for example :D
I’m not sure if this is just a display bug, I need to check the audio quality when this is happening, I will report back to you guys, once I can confirm if it’s visual or actual. Thanks!
IDK if this is a common issue, but it is for me. When using Deezer desktop app (latest at this moment) I have random quality drops from HiFi all the way down to 128. It has nothing to do with my network connection, which is stable 1Gbps. It just happens and I have no option to revert back to HiFi, because the only option available is 128. This is weird and a little concerning. Can you advise what the root cause may be?
Just a quick question, is this only for artists, or can users report musician profile issues too?
