🚨 BREAKING NEWS: Deezer Premium/Family 🚨 (Update)
Hi Friends, As usual, checked my speaker system this morning, and by chance had the Soundbar set as the lead of the group (six speakers in total). 😯 It works!! Everything accessible, playlists, fav's, albums the lot. Which is great, the only thing that stops it from working is if I change the order of the connected speakers.Only works with the Soundbar as lead. I can live with that! Anyone else working?
Hi all, Please all take to Samsung and deezer on twitter and facebook. Samsung tried to blame corvid 19! Let's keep them focused on this problem.
Hi all, Latest here, heard nothing back from Samsung..... The app seems to work flawlessly, until I try to play anything. Logs in OK, can access play list, favourites, albums, everything. Then when I push the button to play, after whirling around for a bit, it tells me I have no Internet connection. BTW, I appreciate that the man from deezer lays the blame entirely with Samsung, but I get no feeling that deezer is pushing Samsung to resolve this on our behalfs. After all we are paying deezer! Hello Gary, It was nice talking to you earlier and again I do apologise that you are experiencing issues with using Deezer within the Samsung Multiroom app. As a music fan myself I can understand how frustrating this must be. This issue is not related to your Samsung devices but more to the Multiroom app itself. The problem can be fixed with a future software update. I have just escalated this issue with the HQ and hope they will release a fix soon for this functionality between Deezer and the Multiroom app. In the meantime feel free to contact the developers directly emailing multiroom@samsung.com I hope you will be able to enjoy your music without any issue as soon as possible. 1st picture is Favourites, 2nd is an Album, 3rd is a play list (which has now stopped working). Also shows message "internal sever problem". Apart from playlists, which for me has always been hit N miss, everything else is working🤞. BTW, I'm using a Samsung mobile running android 10 if that's relevant.
Hi Emma, Not just using TV Soundbar, the group was centred on that. Whole group is still working at the moment.... Fingers crossed it will stay that way.

I'm back! Started again... Last fine for a couple of days, and now won't log in again.
Even the playlists work. Try reinstalling everything..... Worth a try?

This thread is on going on here, no one seems to be doi g much about it! Can only suggest rather than change your Samsung device, which would be expensive! Cheaper option is to change music supply, best option for Samsung support would be Spotify. Sad but true.....
Can't log into deezer, but only from today, on Samsung multiroom app. Seems to be the same problem but just started this morning (13.5.20). Any news as to resolving this issue. Over to you Deezer. Ps. Tunein on Samsung work fine, just sayin.
