🚨 BREAKING NEWS: Deezer Premium/Family 🚨 (Update)
Just tried using my Samsung multiroom for the first time since the summer and guess what…….Deezer doesn’t work on it again.
The only reason why I keep reading this thread is to find out if it ever gets fixed. My money is on that it won’t.
Somehow I can’t see this as ever being fixed. Samsung aren’t bothered and Deezer are just plain stupid for thinking they are. This is why I’ve now switched to Spotify.
I am beginning to hate Samsung with a passion. They suck you in to purchase £££’s of their equipment, then after a period of time stop all support rendering them useless. I have a houseful of their speakers and a large screen flat tv which are effectively now unusable.
I’ve had enough waiting for this to be fixed so I’m also going with the Spotify trial from today. If I like Spotify then I’m cancelling Deezer.
Rhat is a pathetic reply from Deezer support.
I’ve just had an email from Spotify saying that I can have 3 months free if I join up. Time’s ticking Deezer.
Let’s hope this happens soon as I am not happy with carrying on paying for something I can’t use.

Last chance Deezer as I’m about to give Spotify my business this week.
Can’t log onto Deezer at all today via the app.
I can now log into Deezer on the app but when I try to play something I get the message no connection to internet.
That looks nothing like my multiroom app.
I thought the TV soundbar worked anyway.
The silence from Deezer is deafening. I think they have given up.
Not working for me either.
This problem now only affects Deezer, but how long until it starts to affect the other providers. It looks to me like Samsung have just abandoned their product and couldn’t care less.
Can't log into deezer, but only from today, on Samsung multiroom app. Seems to be the same problem but just started this morning (13.5.20). Any news as to resolving this issue. Over to you Deezer. Ps. Tunein on Samsung work fine, just sayin. Tunein working fine on my devices too.
If nothing happens by the end of this week I’m cancelling and going over to Spotify.
As I posted earlier this is typical Samsung not supporting their products after a period of time. They have lost my custom as I will never buy one of their products again.
Samsung are useless. Everything I’ve bought from them has broken or doesn’t work as it should. My Samsung TV now doesn’t support the apps I bought it for and now looks like their speakers are going the same way.
I also have recently had this issue and unfortunately if it isn’t rectified soon I will have to cancel my Deezer subscription as I only use it with my Samsung multiroom speaker set up.
