So it turns out this has been going on for around 8 months as if you search the forums there are reports of this issue from back then... This is beyond a joke Deezer.. it is clearly somthing wrong with your TV App with Samsung.. simply push an update to it through the samsung App store and get it over with. There is clearly an error establishing a link to the deezer server to produce the login screen ect. Hence the Devices keep sending out requests (loading circle) and awaiting a reply. Enough of the whole "we will send a request to our dev team " Replies. Because clearly nothing is being sorted out. Or maybe I should demand a partial refund for the limited service offered on 2 of my main devices I use which i can no longer access for the past 5 months, yet you continue to advertise it for. Probably better off going back to spotify.
How much longer do you need. It's been 2 months and it's still not working.... I got the same issue on both my samsung TV and Samsung sound system.
