I don't need Hifi really, but it would be nice if Deezer somehow offered the annual subscribers an option in case they want Hifi. I wouldn't mind paying that little extra. And if Deezer would offer something like this, I would probably take the offer. After all, the annual subscribers are loyal Deezer users. Now some of us have to wait 11 months.
I did have the same question, so I did send a message to support and this was their answer and I recently started my annual subscription: Hello there,Thank you for your email,The HIFI is not available in your subscription yet, I am afraid, so you would need to wait until your current subscription finishes so you can subscribe to the new Premium offer that includes HIFI quality,Sorry for the inconvenience caused,Thanks,Alfredo
I've tried to do almost everything possible, but Flow, Monday Discoveries en Sunday Chill aren't playlists that I would listen to. Flow plays my favorites again and again, sometimes a "new" song.And the moods are terrible. The moods offer songs that I would never listen to. Sunday Chill plays is a mix of songs that I would like and songs that I would never listen to. Same goes for the Monday Discoveries. Of all the songs, I would never listen to them. And I mean never. I've got 145 favorite songs, 102 favorite artists and 133 albums. What am I doing wrong? The 100% and the Daily are perfect. Nothing wrong with those playlists.
Isn't Deezer afraid to lose those users to Amazon Music, Spotify or any other music streaming service? The question remains if those users will return when Deezer is available again in Russia?
Maybe a bit of topic, but I started Premium Annual in November 2021. But in the mail I received it still shows that Deezer has 53 million songs.I think it is time to update the mail (see screenshot in Dutch).
