Notifications : Error - No internet connection

My app no longer receives notifications, says that the internet is not connected but the rest works properly

Hi @Jaime., i am not 100% sure, but i guess it also happend when connected to wifi. 

Right now, the connection warning is gone. On mobile data and wifi. Just for info, the warning even came after reinstall of the app and i never activated “wifi only” mode.

I got the same Problem, since a longer time. Didn’t bother me too much, but it is confusing sometimes. 

 

Pixel 4 XL , Android 11, Deezer Hifi, all Updates installed. The  Deezer Audiobooks app does not have this issues.

What device and OS do you have? Have you tried reinstalling the app?

I still get the message and don't get any push notifications.
Indeed it works OK since last week.

Hi everyone, Thanks a lot for your patience! Good news, we found the issue and the fix should be available for everyone latest at the end of January! 🙂
I reconnected my profile. Although everything is working, the notification screen is saying I am not connected with the internet. Where I just saw old notifications, I don't see any now.
Just adding to the pile - notifications also not working on iOS.

Same problem here after changing to family account. De-installing and re-installing without any success.

I also have the same problem. I have the last version of Deezer.
The device is a Samsung tablet with the last Firmware and Deezer version and this is happening on wifi network (home).Thanks.
Android version at Sony Xperia Z. Notification news have number of news but not show the list with permanent error message Not Connection. Not any program malfunction. Unload, load, cahe erased etc.etc.
Hi Rafael, since 1 month, no new notifications appear, instead I've a message "no internet connection". Also, new album or single since 14 december. What's happen ?
