Hi!

There exist albums with 2 or 3, even 7 sides (or discs) into a single album, but sometimes this sides has its own name (different form the whole album name) like the case of 7G from A.G. Cook, whos was divided into A.G. Drums (disc 1),  A.G. Guitar (disc 2), A.G. Supersaw (disc 3), etc... Or Eternal Home from Fire-Toolz who each of the sides has its own name too.

It would be cool if where display de division betwen discs into the tracklist, they have its own name for each part of the album, that i think would help to well understanding of the album whole concept.

In the same way, it could be cool too if on the player it display on which part of the album was located the song we are listeng to.

Hello. Just like apple music does, we should be able to see which songs from an album are popular. That makes discovering music much easier. En example is below. The popular ones have a star near them.

Here’s an idea: fix this 2018 issue before implementing new ideas?

@Rudi so shouldn’t https://en.deezercommunity.com/ideas/395 be in the feature and feedback forum? It’s a small improvement that would make the Android app fit in.

Is it possible to run Deezer at the same time as youtube (or other apps) ? So that I can listen to music and do my exercise simultaneously while social distancing.

It’s been at least 3 years since Discord introduced Rich Presence. Can we finally get an official Deezer rich presence integration going? Spotify had it from the start and Youtube Music didn’t take long to implement, so where’s the holdup? So many people use Discord everyday and I find myself constantly checking what people on my friends list are listening to and maybe discover new music that way. Get one person on it and he/she will be done in a week max (the documentation is readily available)

It kinda sucks that you have to use the browser version of Deezer and a 3rd party plugin to make it work currently when it can be implemented in-app :/

Do not hold your breath.

It takes them usually years to implement ideas like these based on Community posts.

Why not just change provider if it works? I did and I have no regrets :relaxed:

Even Monday Discovery seems to be first time on point to my taste…

Happy Hardcore 24/7 to discover and music I listen from other genres. All unheard.

On Deezer it was some weird music mostly.

I do not have a lifetime to waste waiting for the features asked for years.

Hi there @Madeleencjvr

Thanks for asking. That isn't possible on a mobile, YT will play its video over the Deezer app. In your case you'll need another device to play Deezer at the same time :v_tone2:

I would love a feature that shows the key + BPM of songs. As a DJ, this would be invaluable for me and make Deezer an integral part of my workflow.

Hey @kafui.ekrme

You may want to start a new topic in our ideas section for that :relaxed:

And for the AMOLED suggestion, check this out and vote:

It's on the cards for the future, yes! Stay tuned! @Wolfi

In the meantime, you can also give months of Deezer via gift card, our HiFi subscription is quite cheap

Thanks a lot for your feedback

Hi @MrHaroldA @Gatis Marusens @archaic_email, thank you for your suggestions.

To ensure your ideas are considered, I suggest you submit them as proposals here.

This way, they can be reviewed, voted on, and potentially implemented in the future.

Your feedback is highly appreciated.

It has been logged way back in 2018 and our feedback is not appreciated at all but is has been ignored for 6 years now, and probably way more years to come. Technically, Deezer is really bad. But hey, look at the new shiny, but dysfunctional purple heart design!

You never listen to us, you even made fun of us on social media for not liking the new design.

So you can stop with the fake “highly appreciated” responses; facts show you don’t care.

Hello.
Idea: sort playlists in descending order (Z-A).

It would be very helpful to have an ability to sort my playlists (by its names) in descending order (Z-A).
F. e. I want to move my old music playlists to Deezer with such naming format: “year mm” (f.e.“2021 12”). With this ability after opening Playlists page I will see the playlists from newest dates to oldest despite the creation date of playlists.

Best regards.

Hi @Eduardo Ruiz

Thanks for the feedback.

As explained above, this isn't a thread to post ideas, but to show there's an ideas' section where you can create topics for suggestions you'd like other users to vote for :relaxed:

Nevertheless, check this out:

You need to find the topic for the request here in the forums @AlejandroBurnerWiz and then vote for it :relaxed:

This thread here is just to give the rules for requesting an idea!

Hi all

What about including a "add to favourite tracks" (yeah, that bloody heart!) button also in the notification area? So it wouldn't bother the user opening the app to do so.

Cheers,

Alessandro

Hi all,

perhaps it’s a bug, who knows? :-)

Some favourite albums of mine are not normalized at all, so I’ve to quickly lower the volume before my colleagues hang me.

So, if you’re using some sort of (replay)gain database those entries are missing and it could happen; if you are doing real-time normalization, well, it’s a bug.

Cheers,

Alessandro

Hey @HenksDeezer

Thanks for the feedback. That's available for our mobile apps but it's still being developed for our web and desktop apps. Hang in there, please!

Hi @madsaucy

That's a fair point. But it isn't about choosing between new stuff and fixes. We're just doubling up on our resources to get these audio problems you mentioned out of the way in the long term. So we need a bit more focus and priority for the time being, to improve the performance of our apps/platform. Your feedback is very welcome!

When I play music, the random mode its not random, I mean, if I have ten songs in the play list “one” and play it, then the playlist “one” start with the track 4, after 6, after 3 etc. if I change playlist and back again to “one”, this repeat the same sequence 4-6-3 etc. you can apply a new algorithm, because there´s  no have sense if I play in normal o aleatory mode.

Genial!

gracias totales!

How about at least recognizing that the genre “Bluegrass” exists?

I personally would love for the integration to happen @Tony Tang but not being on the plans only means that we're focused on other projects at the moment - you know, things that take our time and resources.

However, we're aware this is a popular request so it'll remain in our radar for development as soon as we have the opportunity and the resources for the job - having more votes on that thread also helps when it comes to add more weight to the feature request, like with any other one in the community.

Deezer is a smaller fish to the one you mentioned above, so we have to fight with what we've got to put smiles on our users' faces :thumbsup_tone2:

Hi @Alessandro Massignan

Thanks a lot for the suggestions. Are you using volume normalisation from the app settings?

And we're discussing the possibility of adding a 'like' button to the lock screen on mobiles, so please stay tuned.

Hey @Catalin Marin

We're working on it :relaxed:

Please vote for it here:

Hi @jodypics we're all about music here, so thank you for your feedback!

Increasing listening history? Sure! We need to continue working on improving the app for performance, before we can make it a bit heavier :relaxed:@Hoppimike

I encourage you all to vote for the ideas you like in the community. The number of votes help our teams understand the priority they need to add to each idea, so keep them coming!

Hello! This is a feature request regarding app navigation.

When navigating back to the previous view, the scroll position is not recalled. It would be great to go back and be in the same position in a list of albums, tracks, etc. I would be great if navigating back would go directly to the previous item I clicked on. It makes drilling down musical rabbit holes more fun, and something I miss after migrating from Tidal.

Thanks!

Hi all,

This is another feature request, but I thought it best to keep each topic separate. It’s in regard to keyboard shortcuts.

I would love to see shortcuts added for backward and forward view navigation. I can click on the < > buttons in the upper-left to do the same thing, but having shortcuts would be much appreciated by us wireless keyboard / couch listeners.

Thanks!
