I see that most people complaining about weird devices in YOUR device list.

I have Hifi family with besides me of three persons on it. When the YOUR devices term is a bit confusing, all the devices I see actually are one mine and one from each member of family.

You may not have hackers.

If you see any music you do not listen. That can be solved too. Do NOT share Family account using profiles, instead make each person INDEPENDENT account. This way grandma won’t accidentally use YOUR profile weird music you aren’t listening to. Also are you listening on other device.

This will go away as well. As you and your grandma won’t be on same profile anymore.

You can clearly see that our Deezer Family is keen into Samsung phone. And why is that? It’s made in Korea and is not made in China you can get half the price breaking on you very next day.

The A51 phone is twice a family, so I hope it could be named like device 1 or device 2.

Just to make it clear. A40 is my Samsung phone.

But the email notifications should be working. Have you got these notifications on in your preferences?

I'm also double-checking here about which email notifications you should be getting as well.

Hi @MJS unfortunately we are not able to find out how this happened. Pleas make sure you use a different password for all your accounts and make it more secure by adding a special character and a number. Should this happen again please let us know.

Have tried to get help with another topic - but support has gone quiet on me as my account was hacked and now I've logged in via facebook I'm not able to use my subscription - I want to cancel my subscription ASAP as I'm completely in the dark as to what is going on - I've been with Deezer for years on a family membership and I've never had as much trouble with a subscription service before - please please help!

I think for the hifi subscription i pay to you i have a right to ask for an explanation - whose are the 2019. most played songs in my account ???!  I have never listened to any of these songs!!!! NEVER!!!!!!!

How about dont force your users to go through a 2 minute robot recapcha (even before the login is correct)..

Hi, sorry for my bad english, this is google translate.
I have security issues with my account. At night, someone connects to my account and listens to the same artist on repeat - Dean Huston. Obviously this is a cheat of listening. I attach a screenshot of the listening history from my linked last.fm account. I disconnected the attached devices from the account, but they are connected again. I can’t change the password for the account, because I no longer have access to the e-mail specified by me in the registration, and it doesn’t allow me to change the e-mail deezer for some reason. Please deal with this, it would be a shame to refuse deezer because of this.

I changed my password twice and deleted all the connected devices, even though the only connected device was my phone, however, I still get an error message saying someone else is listening on my account. And my history is also filled with artists and songs I have never listened to. Kindly assist.

Sorry to hear that.

I've had a look at your account, carried out some maintenance, and sent you a password reset email. Please change your password, reinstall the Deezer app(s) you may have and log in directly with email and password (not with Google). Let me know if the problem persists :wink:

I keep getting albums saved to my account that I haven't listened to and the app also tells me that somebody else is listening. Please help! It's very annoying and it's tempting to cancel my subscription because of it.

I’ve never ever logged into my account on any device other than my own computer, iPad and iPhone. Never. I’ve had the account since 2014. I’ve changed my password. I’ve changed my user name. I’ve tried to change my email, however each time deezer says “email is unavailable”. I don’t understand this. I’ve removed “chromecast” from accepted browser apps, twice now! But it’s come back!  Someone else has been listening to my account daily for the last, approximately, 3 weeks. They’ve added albums to my favorites! Every time I try and use the “recently played” feature to play a lullaby for my baby I am unable to find what I myself recently played! It’s all been invaded by someone else who listens to music I’ve never heard of. PLEASE HELP ME. Thank you.

Could someone check my account I can’t play music on my phone, after some seconds it is saying that other device is using my account, but it is not.. I was removed all connected devices but the issue not solved

If you suspect your account has been compromised and you changed all your password, 

remember you can contact our Costumer Care and the can force log out of all devices to make sure your are the only one connected to your account!

every day I see there are some tracks added to my favorite tracks list but it is not me. I was remove all account connections but it does not help

Hi there, I'm sorry about it! Please change your password as soon as possible, I sent you an email. If your account is linked to Facebook or Google, change their password too. Let me know if it helps!
