Bonjour,

Je remplis toutes les conditions pour souscrire à l'abonnement étudiant. J'ai également confirmé mon statut étudiant via Unidays, et mon collège canadien est bien enregistré. Cependant, lors de la validation de mes informations bancaires au moment du paiement, ça échoue. J'aimerais résoudre ce problème pour ne pas perdre mes playlists et mon historique.

Pouvez-vous m'aider à résoudre ce problème ?

I checked your account and, upon reviewing your date of birth, I noticed that you have already turned 25 years old.

In this case, you are not eligible for Deezer Student.

Please refer to this article to learn more about the requirements needed.

Just for your information, I released that you have accessed the English Community, but in the future, it will be easier to answer your questions here in the French Community.

In order to gain access to the Student Subscription, Unidays needs to confirm your details first.

In this regard, I recommend reaching out to Unidays once again and requesting them to share your current status with Deezer.

Additionally, please ensure that your date of birth on your Deezer account is accurately updated.
