It's been about 2 months now or so that it will not accept any card, I've tried THREE different ones. I've already contacted my banks, both of them, and they don't even see an attempt which would mean it's a problem on your end so please save both of our time and don't tell me that excuse. I've been a loyal Deezer customer for many many years and have spent hours creating my personal playlists and would like to continue to enjoy you're service and not have to go to another streaming service but if you do not want to take my money, you may be forcing me to... A little back story of what I believe .at be the problem is that previously, it was paid through my cel phone provider for the longest time but then, when there was an issue earlier this year, I canceled it that way and began paying for it on my own. Later, the card I had on file was replaced due to theft and for some reason, my cel phone provider reactivated it again on their end but it would still ask me for payment so would not recognize it "already had a subscription". I have since then made 100% sure that the service is no longer linked to my phone provider because I want to make this EASIER (supposedly) for me to continue with you guys. This is the THIRD time I've contacted about this. Seriously... I just want you to take my money. Why is that so hard?
