NO ACCESS TO ARTIST FOR OUR PAGE

Hello Deezer Community:  Our artist page has been already claimed, according to Deezer. (We set it up in 2019) But when signing in to ‘Deezer for Artists’ I get yet another request to claim it, an ask for the UPC, and then the system takes me  round and round in circles. Band’s name is TYRANTS IN THERAPY.Originally claimed artists page in 2019.What are the magic steps to get access to creator tools? Links to Help topics are wild goose chases. Thanks in advance for your help, Deezer People.
