Brand/model of device, versions and app info:-Samsung S23 Ultra-Android 13- 5.1 UI Version-Deezer version 7.0.33.70
Hi Nina thank you for the response but it does not solve the issue and that is also not the issue at hand. I appreciate the link nontheless!Also have a stable internet connection and all battery permission are allowed to never put the app in sleep or close it to save battery.App version is also fully updated and i have restarted my phone, reinstalled the app, cleared the cache ect. It's a bug on the app itself and the only resolution would be if a deezer developer address the situation internally.Kind regards.
