@dee_dirk The comms is awful and you are breaking a pledge made 5 months ago. I don't have a problem with a price rise, but the underhand methods have forced my hand. "If we ever were to increase prices, we would give our users a three-month heads up to make sure that it doesn’t come as a surprise”.
Just read a similar email. I'm on a family plan which is apparently going up by £3 per month! So it's gone from being one of the cheapest services to the most expensive. Terribly worded email from Deezer with the price rise mentioned in the last paragraph. I suspect there will be a lot of cancellations as a result of this. I'll be one of them.
