Only the sections “Made for you” and “Recommended releases” are tailored to your taste. Everything else is popular music of the country you are at. In case you do not like these please use other ways to discover new music, i.e. Flow, Discovery playlist, artist mix of your favourite artists, track mix of your favourite tracks etc. It won’t be possible to have no recommendations of any location on the Deezer start page but our product managers are working hard on a project which will enable to change location to a Deezer country of your choice  Just patience is needed until this is realised. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. I am new user of Deezer, and this is the only annoying feature that bothers me a lot!
