Hi Rudi, Thanks for your message, the only thing that is moving fast is your competition and suggesting that this is normal ‘in tech’ isn’t accurate at all. You stated that you were working on this feature 6 months ago and so now, suggesting another 6 months after previously stating that this feature would be delivered last year is a really, really poor customer experience. You’re asking for feedback in this community, now we’re asking for a timeline and so it would be great if we could get a committed timeline here. Regards Herriot
Many thanks for your (albeit open ended) response Rudi and I am pleased to hear that this is progressing. One proposed timeline now missed, are you able to suggest a timeframe for this feature to be introduced to your product? I am just asking if this something that is likely to be completed within a month or two or if you think it is a 6 month wait or potentially longer? As I say, the ‘Deezer integration’ messaging is completely misleading, I (& others) want to use the app that we are paying for and we can’t and so clarity on a dependable timeline at this stage would be very helpful. Hi, I also have a NAD C658 and feel that the references to the ‘full Deezer support’ are slightly misleading given the limitation on Deezer’s part here. Your competition are ahead of you on this topic and there is clear demand for your customers to use the Deezer app in order to stream directly to these devices. It has been three months since Dale raised the issue, do you have a confirmed timeline to deliver against the request at this stage? Many thanksHerriot
