But in using the UPC you sent, and following the steps, I get this: “You have already requested accessYou already claimed this artist or this artist has already been claimed by someone else”My QUESTION is...how do I access the tools to promote from inside our claimed Deezer Page? How do I even get ON our claimed artists page? The system is sending me in circles. Could you send me direct, simple steps to access our artist page so I can EVEN SEE what tools are available there!
