Hi, I currently have a deezer premium account. My music keeps getting interrupted after 30 seconds with a popup saying someone else is listening using my account. As far as I know, I am the only one that has access to my account and I am only listening on one device. I have taken the steps as outlined by users on this community who have previously had this issue, without any success. Here is what I have tried: [list] [*]unlinked all devices and apps on account. [*]changed password in account settings. [*]reset the password again from the password reset link. [*]uninstalled the Deezer mobile app and reinstalled it again. [*]restarted my PC and my phone. [/list] I still have this issue despite following all these steps. I am definitely not playing music on more than one device and have never had this issue before, when switching between the web client and mobile app. Please sort this out and consider adding a feature that can prevent this from happening or a self-help mechanism tha
