No hifi option with family plan

There is only Standard and Better quality options since I moved from premium to a family plan, I’m using a partnered A1 offer. Anyone know how to fix this or if this is intentional? Same settings appear on the desktop app, ios app and browser player. I contacted their support but they are rather slow and haven’t gotten back to me in a couple days :/

A1 Slovenia (I believe A1 originates from Austria yes), it is odd yea.

Okey so I got an answer from support, they said that the A1 family plan doesn’t include hifi but their premium one does, so I’ll be going back to premium, oh well🤷

This is very strange. You should be able to listen at HiFi quality. I do hope that the support of Deezer will answer your question soon. Please let us know.

When did your Family plan started? The Family plan is also available as HiFi, so this is weird.

Normally you should have the options to change the quality:

 

 

If you can’t see those options, I think it’s better to take a look at:

or send a request:

I just switched a couple of days ago from premium to family and the option was gone while it was there on premium. I contacted their support and they have replied after a day to which I replied back but haven’t heard from them after 3 days now. I will have to switch back to premium if family doesn’t allow hifi, it is weird since on deezers site and when using google it says family support hifi.
