Carplay


Hello, since the last update I have black screen on carplay. My car is toyota camry.

hey there @Offliner 

what troubleshooting steps have you taken thus far?

check the port for lint/debris? try a different cable? reboot phone and/or head unit? set up CarPlay again?

hello @GropplerZorn Carplay is working fine, all applications are running well except deezer which is blackscreen

Hello, same situation here from last update. Wifi connected and even with 5G network still a black screen. Try to restart phone same after restart. I can play music, it show song that playing but main menue is black. Car is VW Arteon.

@baksa hello I even deleted deezer and installed it again, restart device, restart the car, everything has been done same issue. They said the issue is with the recent update and we need to wait for the fix to be released.

Same issue here since last update. White screen only in carplay. All other carplay apps work and deezer worked perfectly until recenr update

I back to Apple Music since i cannot wait another two weeks and Apple music is cheaper by half.

If @Offliner had a bit more patience, than he/she could update Deezer...but he/she’s gone…..🤣

@awesomemac to be honest i was going to replace deezer with apple music long ago since they doubled their prize in my country, I used to pay 7 $ and now i pay double, apple music charge me 5.5 $ and their carplay features is more rich than deezer. But i think this issue was enough for me to decide and leave you guys 😬
