I can't see the images/photos on my playlists and the tracks I have downloaded. Please assist.

Thank you for your feedback, I appreciate it. I hope this issue can sorted. I really want Deezer the way it was. Not cool paying for a app that doesn't work. 

@Superschlumpf,done with all the troubleshooting steps as mentioned here in the thread/faq's, I got the version 7.0.5.56 running on android 6, as what I read on the thread the current version is having a problem with the os. I guess I will be waiting for the dev's update. Please see photos for reference.

Deezer version 7.0.5.56

I have a Galaxy Note Edge version 6.0.1

This problem only started about over a week now. It was fine before that.

Me again, LOL. Also tried to listen to the radio station, says it cannot load.

Does yours also keep saying downloading?

Latest update to 7.0.6.46 doesn‘t fix it. :-(

Nearly all PL and album cover are still missing. And also radio station playback still doesn‘t work. 
May be android 6 is too old to be supported any longer.

I suggest trying the steps for Android explained in the following article. Especially step 4 and 5 could help…

What is the version of Deezer App you have installed?

And what OS version an device do you use?

Ok, i can confirm and reproduce this problem. 
It seems it has to do with the latest update 7.0.5.56 on Android 6 devices. 
I tested with an Samsung Galaxy 5 Mini also on Android 6.0.1. 

Looks exactly like your screenshot. Besides for me no radio stations can be started and a connection error message is shown. 
Other music is playing but without any pictures. 
 

I did everything possible including reinstalling deezer app and also completely factory resetting the phone. 
After deleting app and installing previous app version by APK everything was fine again. 
So imho the latest update has a bug and isn’t compatible with Android 6 at the moment. 

Google Playstore informationen shows my phone and Android 6 as compatible.

Please can you ask the devs if they know about this problem? I also told @Kevin Deezer about it. 😉

Haven’t tried downloads… but i‘m sure it’s identical behavior.

In the meantime i use the older version installed from APK file and wait for Deezer fixing it with the next update.

Oh to add up,when sharing music to other apps like I.G stories and messenger stories it says "an error occurred"

Are you sure, there is no other content you selected for downloading by mistake?

Closing the app completely (not just put to background), restarting the phone and starting Deezer App again doesn’t help?

May be you have to clear your cache, restart phone / app and start downloads again. 
Last try would be reinstalling Deezer app.

I definitely didn't select anything else to download, just my 2 playlists. They both have green dots next to it.

It is just frustrating cos I have done what you suggested before. 

After reinstalling the app you have to download your playlists again and that's when it starts again. Like the screenshot I sent. Downloading all the time. And when you click on the downloading on my home screen, it takes you to the playlists that have already been downloaded.

Just don't know.

I‘m sorry… answering many posts at the moment and didn‘t remember you already gave the informations. 🙈

Imho all this trouble has to do with the latest deezer update 7.0.5.56 that obviously is NOT compatible with Android 6.

So for the moment i suggest going back to an older version by APK download. For me it works fine this way.

The warning message is standard of android system.

Please check your community PMs… 😉
