i mean that i cannot transfer songs FROM deezer TO Spotify.

Oh...transfer from Deezer to the big green giant?  May I ask why? Just curious...

Just like Nina wrote, Tune My Music or Soundiiz. That should work.

Yeah it's kinda easier and i don't need to pay a monthly fee to listen to some music.

Tune my music only works if you want to transfer songs from deezer to Spotify so i can't really get the result i want.

If I understand you quite right you can't transfer music from Deezer because you don't pay subscription !?

Anyway , never mind .
Other way to transfer music is one song by one song. 
It need some effort ,but it works .
 

I use FreeYourMusic to move my playlists around. Hope you manage to move them!
