Hi!

 

I got Deezer Premium a few days ago and since then I’ve had nothing but issues with my songs list. Everytime I put om a song, regarldess of which one it is, midway through (and sometimes just a few seconds after it starts) it will skip to another one from my daughter’s playlist.

 

I keep going back to my songs and it still does it. I’ve unfavorited her songs so that they’re only on her playlist and never mine but it doesn’t make a difference.

 

On top of that sometimes I can’t even choose my song, Deezer automatically insists on hers.

 

My daughter being only 2 I know she hasn’t touched anything in the settings, and neither have I.

 

I’m using an iPhone 11 if that makes any difference.

 

How can this be fixed?

That really sounds odd. I've never seen something like this here in the Community. 

It isn't possible that someone else is using the same account on a different device?


hi! Thanks for taking the time to reply. Unfortunately no. I don’t share my login with anybody, nor have I used it on anything but my phone.

 

The weird thing is that it keeps switching to the songs I put on for my kid, and she’s definitely not using the account seeing her age 😂

Hi @RenataK like our super super user @awesomemac said, that is indeed a weird issue and apologies for my late response here.

I have checked your Deezer account and nothing unusual there. So I would need more information from you to see what can be wrong.

If you didn’t reach out yet our Customer Support team, please share the following details:

  • iOS version and Deezer Version
  • Screenshot from Deezer app going to option Data and Storage
  • Video of the issue would be amazing
  • Any error message or notification popping out when music changes? Please take a screenshot.
  • For test purpose, have you tried to use your account in a different device to see if issue happened as well?
  • If you use our account on a PC in a browser www.deezer.com does the same happen?
