Hi there, 

for some reason my premium subscription isn’t working and it’s saying I’m using the free version with adverts. 
please could you explain why?

I’m sorry you’re having problems with the premium subscription. Just to make sure, are you logging in with the correct details (and not an old free account)? 

Otherwise please look at this section to see if anything helps. Failing that, please contact support with as much information as possible, and it you just resubscribed, the latest receipt would be helpful too. 

Hope you get sorted quickly.
