Hello,

Currently, we have a Family subscription with five members. We now only need a subscription for two members, so we’d like to switch to the Duo plan. If I remove the additional members from our Family subscription, leaving only two, am I able to safely transition to the Duo plan while retaining both remaining members and all their favorites and saved settings?

If those 2 members have independent accounts (Meaning they were added with their own email address) all you have to do is canceling the current subscription , wait for the next billing date and resubscribe again to the due option . You won’t lose any of your data
