Just to say that I had, with all family members associated on the account to get subscription cancelled.
It probably comes because of my bank account change. Deezer received the new IBAN and all permission, I got the mail copy confirmation from my bank.
Whatever, I can get that there has been a pb, but I didn’t even received any mail from Deezer to solve the pb before cancelling the subscription!! TOO BAD
I use Deezer for So Long!!
I wonder if Spotify would nicer with customers… 🤨
