help with family subsricption

hello ! i started my subscription a few years aho while in canada. However i recently switched to a family subscription, after i moved back to france. I waited until my subscription ended so that i would be charged in eur but i still am being charged in CAD and no one in my family can join as it says we are not in the same country. please help i already payed and i cant evzn use it with my family

If you want to be charged in Euros you first need to cnacel the subscription, wait for it to be on free subscription (Or no subscription at all) abd then resubscribe (When you are already located in France)

Hey @gaiagl what @Noam Asulin said it pretty true.

But I just checked your account to see if there was anything I could add, and I notice that you are paying through Apple payment. So the reason why you are probably been charged in Canadian Dollars is because your Apple account is set to Canada!!!

Please follow the steps recommended, and when your account is free, subscribe back again. 

And if better if you can subscribe via a computer, as you will get more options of payment.
