A friend exchanged gift cards in a cocacola promotion, he uses spotify, so I used the cards. Everything OK: Until I reported a bug I found in Android Auto.
Kaltum, from support, decided it was the best to reset my account, and force me to change the pass and unlink fb and gmail and now all the gift cards are gone from the account. I am hoping there is another support agent in this company, because I could not be bother waiting a day per message.
I find annoying that I have to engage on all this issues, just for reporting a bug. What happened to the gift cards?
