Bonjour,

 je suis client depuis des années et mon abonnement est au prix de 13,99€ alors que vous proposez au nouveau un tarif de 10,99€. 
merci de me proposer une offre dans ce sens.

Did you book your subscription within the smartphone app (Apple or Google)? Then simply cancel, wait for the remaining subscription time and then re-book directly at deezer.com for 10.99.

All favourites, playlists are linked to the account and are retained in their entirety.
