I keep getting issues with my app crashing, was told to uninstall and reinstall which I have done but now the Deezer App won’t load any images? Just has black boxes where the images should be, and still crashes. Followed all the “battery care” tips as well. Using Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra, Android 13 and the most up to date version of Deezer.
I am using the Android version of Deezer on a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra - I used to be on someone else's Deezer account but now I have my own and I've had no end of issues with songs just stopping randomly and the app closing with no error message or warning. It does it whether I'm connected to a speaker, my car, headphones or just through the phone speaker. How can I solve this, as I never had any issues when on the old profile, just when I got my own?Â
