My husband and I have been paying for this deeper family subscription for a while now but for whatever reason the music plays absolutely fine via my handset however even after deleting the app and reinstalling it on my husbands phone he keeps getting a message to say that playback has failed on practically every song he listens to... I've played the same songs on my handset with no problems... I'm going to reduce my subscription back down if this is not resolved as its pointless paying the extra for it not to work.
