Hello @markzr37, if it’s something that is happening on the webpage, the only thing to do is clear cache and cookies of your browser. If it’s on the Desktop app, please reinstall it and let us know! It’s been two weeks and somewhere in the middle the issue disappeared. I did not reinstall the app, or clear the cache. I can freely enter the author and album pages.This way, we can count this as a solved case. :)
Hello, since at least few weeks, every time I try to open the album or author’s page, the error screen appears. What can I try to do to troubleshoot this issue? Did you meet something similar? Is there any kind of log to investigate the problem?Windows 10, Opera GX 98.0.4759.56, Deezer 5.30.540
