I have tried logging out and logging back in, clearing the cache, deleting the song from my favorites and adding it again, restarting my phone, etc. I have noticed it on different devices. I tried reaching out to support, but to no avail. Anyone know what's up? I have reached out to the artist and she's been trying to resubmit the track entirely but is getting issues with CD Baby. If possible I'm hoping it can be fixed in Deezer.

Hey @Avery Northern, I just listen to the song on my pc and I can hear all 04.26 minutes, without skipping. Can you try reinstalling the app, please? I've tried reinstalling the app and I've noticed it on two different devices. Is it something with my account?

And since nobody seems to know how to fix the issue and nobody seems to care about losing money off it, I'll just cancel my premium and go to Spotify or something.
Hello @Avery Northern there is nothing wrong with this song, it plays until the end both on pc and web. Can you follow these steps please? Restart the app (kill the app and remove it from the notification bar) Try another network (4G or Wifi) Restart your phone Delete all the cache & data from the app (Data and storage, and then “Clear all”), then restart the app Un-install the app and re-install the app As I've said, I tried these options. I don't know what the issue is, if it's something with my account or what, but I've been trying to get it fixed and I just keep getting the same answers. It doesn't really matter because I've already cancelled my premium membership and when it's up, I'm done with the app.
