The song that impacted you the most -THE THREAD 🔉
@dee_dirk Thanks again for replying. So now I understand how to choose whether a song is played next or at the end of the queue. What I want to know now is whether is a way the next songs won’t be played at all. If I press on a track that’s not part of an album or playlist, I might want to hear just that track. It’s a very small issue but Spotify has that option to just play one track from a list (say of search results) without having to pause right where it ends and the next song starts - since there is no queue formed and thus no next song. Is that something that’s possible to do? Am I just not reading your responses thoroughly enough? Sorry to keep bothering you, it’s just something that damages my listening experience. Thanks again.
Hi @dee_dirk and thanks for the response. It’s not exactly what I meant with my question. I’ll add some screenshots and hopefully it’ll be clearer. Let’s say I search a term and see some tracks including that term:If I click on one of those tracks, it of course starts playing:I just want to hear that one track, but Deezer adds all the next search results to the queue (which was otherwise empty):And then, as soon as the song I clicked on ends (plus a few seconds gap which is a different problem), the next search result starts playing automatically:So my question is: Can I somehow make sure Deezer doesn’t create such queues, or at least doesn’t automatically play the next tracks in the queue? I gave an example of the search bar, but my question also applies to artist profiles. I assume the queuing function is the same in both cases.I hope that makes it clearer.
